You need to have read policies before proceeding. Make sure you understand the cancellation policies, pet policies, etc.

NOTE We no longer have any rooms with sleep sofa's. Rooms 103 and 104 each have one cot in the room. The cots are suitable for children that are not too large. Each cot is smaller than a twin bed, 75 inches long and only 32 inches wide. The cots are no longer available in any other room.

All of the property, inside and out, including our private beach area, is NON Smoking and Vaping

Rates are based on two guests (4 guests for 101 and 102) in a room.

Check in time is 4 PM to 6 PM. Let us know if you will arrive after 6 PM.
Check out time is 10 AM or earlier.

There is parking for only one vehicle per room. We do not have room for trailers etc. Tandem parking is NOT allowed. Trucks with 4 wheels on back axle (dually) are NOT allowed. If you have visitors you must ensure that they park off property.

The room you reserve has a limited capacity of guests as shown under rates. For your comfort and the comfort and safety of our other guests we do not allow the number of guests in each room to excede the capacity listed for that room. We need to have an accurate guest count for each room before guests arrive to allow us to properly stock each room for arrival of guests.

Should you arrive with more guests than the room capacity listed then we reserve the right to deny the reservation and your deposit will be FORFEITED. Please call before arrival if your guest count changes.

CAUTION FOR CHRISTMAS TIME !

Reservations that either Start or End on Christmas day will not be accepted. You may stay on Christmas day as long as you check in before and stay through and check out after Christmas. There will not be anyone in the office Christmas day.

Our availability searches are handled by ReservationKey.com. Reservations are realtime and normally occur quickly. This is a true online reservation system available 24 hours a day. Your credit card is not charged until you accept the terms and then proceed. A confirmation will automatically be emailed.

The Returning Guest Discount has been discontinued as of 11 March 2022

Online booking is ONLY for reservations for 1 to 2 guests in all rooms except 101 and 102 which hold up to 4 adults and 103, 104 and 105 which hold 2 adults and 1 small child on a cot. If your guest count exceeds this you must call us to make a reservation over the phone or email us. This applies to guests of ANY age.
