Room 101 Two bedroom one bath, King and QueenRoom has about 570 square feet. Kitchen area has sink, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, microwave above the stove, 30 inch stove with oven, 17 cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker, small dishwasher, plates etc. The larger bedroom has one King bed. The smaller bedroom has one King bed. The bathroom has a step in shower, no tub. The bathroom is off of the living room. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the apartment. Our 2 bedroom units 101 and 101 are the only rooms at the Sandpiper Inn that accomodate 4 adults. This room is garden side. There is a couch and chair in the living room, neither is a sleeper. We do not have roll away beds. The larger King bedroom has a flat screen TV along with the flat screen TV in the living room. The smaller King bedroom does not have a TV. Each bedroom and the living room have individual quiet mini split heat pumps. Each room has a separate thermostat.
