Room 104 One bedroom one bath, King bedRoom has about 450 square feet. Kitchen area has sink, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, microwave above the stove, 30 inch stove with oven, 17 cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker, small dishwasher, plates etc. The bedroom has one King bed with a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a step in shower, no tub. The bathroom is off the bedroom. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the apartment. There is a couch and chair in the living room. This room is garden side. The bedroom and the living room have individual quiet mini split heat pumps. Each room has a separate thermostat.
As of October 2020 the sleep sofa was replaced with a new regular sofa. There is no sofa bed in this room now. We do not have roll away beds. We may have twin air mattresses available, you must call to verify and reserve.
